We dont see alot of cover 2 (american style cover 2) up here in Canada and I was wondering how you would recommend to beat a true american cover 2 from a spread formation (3 WR 1 TE)
thanks

send #1 on slants (we split our TE) and place TB into a #2 weak
#2\\\'s run corners
#3 run post
draw it up....it\\\'s a good cover 2 killer
vs 2 man the slants are big!
vs cover 2 zone the deep routes by 2 and 3 put a great deal of pressure on the deep 1/2 players

Good Def Coord pay close attention to route break depth. Consider changing your break depths to control S's. Utilize wide side to your advantage. Chip release with back(s) to buy time for outside vertical game. Pump at 3-step then transition to 5-step depth work CBs. Include hooks/curls in seam zone with flood route combos. Have fun!!!

Airraid:
On your cover 2 (trips) beater...#1 slant, #2 corner & #3 post, at what depth do #2 & #3 break for their corner & post? What do you call this pattern? What pattern do you have on the back side? Thanks!
