The Knights organization has decided to run an "open shop" for all aspects of our strength and conditioning program. We have the following materials available:

1) Knights Preseason Strength and Conditioning Manual - this is the preseason weight training guide. The program is 9 weeks in duration and has 4 phases (base, hypertrophy, max strength, power). Each phase consists of 3 workout programs: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Players should pick the appropriate level based on their training experience. In addition to the training worksheets, the Knights S&C manual also has sections on performance principles, exercise descriptions and photos, and in depth descriptions of each phase.

2) Knights Preseason Speed, Agility, Quickness program - this is a quick guide to how we will run our indoor running sessions; it consists of just a couple spread sheet pages. Our workouts will be twice a week and each workout is broken up into 4 periods: warm up, power/explosion, agility and plyo, and the big finish.

3) Knights in-season Strength and Conditioning Manual - This document will be our guide for maintaining the strength gains we built in the off-season through the playing season. We will be on a 2 workout per week schedule. The in-season guide is not yet complete, but will be available soon.

If you are interested in obtaining any of these materials just email me and I will send them over. Also, if you are interested in observing any of our preseason workouts, just contact me and I will let you know times and places etc.
