The 4-4 is probabaly the easiest to run providing you can seal the box. They are already outnumbered outside the handoff key. Triple HB seals - may have to "read crack free with SE. If Se problem go Ends over - Middle end has FS - if they roll coverage - go to nub. Triple to Te - Te loops backer to safety - Hb on deep 1/3. Go TE over and Hb can handle free. (you can also "switch block Hb and Wide receiver and set up wheel.)
We like midline tuck but also - midline triple. read 3 pitch off 5. (we run no mo and mo. if you go Te over he handles free. We like this especially if DT's are too big for G's to handle in triple - read them.
Ctr option (trap option - run like triple. usually Hb to Se will get to free if you run to A - gap linem,en.
Rocket is fine to SE / Ends over / or Te over (outnumbered to Te /wing)
Down option if Te can handle 7 - especially from te over.
Double options
Get ball to Hb - Twins - veer block wrap FB - backer to Free safety. If they leave guard uncovered (c - shade) you can loop tackle. put full on free.
Get ball to QB - Zone - chip Hb to lber (may not get Frontside) Fb wrap - QB reverse and go.
Basically it's your choice.
